Refund Policy

Important: All refund decisions are made at the sole and absolute discretion of TalentsMint.com. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund will be approved or issued.

1. Sole Discretion Policy

TalentsMint.com reserves the sole and absolute right to approve, deny, or partially grant any refund request. This applies to all subscription plans and any payments made on the platform. No refund request is automatically entitled to approval, regardless of the reason provided.

2. When We May Consider a Refund

While we make no guarantees, we may consider requests in the following circumstances:

  • A proven technical failure on our end that prevented access for a significant portion of your billing period
  • A duplicate charge caused by a payment processing error
  • A request made within 24 hours of an initial purchase where no generations have been consumed

Consideration under any of the above does not constitute a guarantee. Each case is reviewed at our sole discretion.

3. When Refunds Will Not Be Issued

Refunds will generally not be approved in these situations:

  • You have used generations under the plan during the billing period
  • You changed your mind or no longer need the service
  • You were unaware of plan limits at the time of purchase
  • You are dissatisfied with AI-generated output quality
  • Your account was suspended for a Terms of Service violation
  • The request is made more than 7 days after the charge date
  • Partial-month usage — subscriptions are not prorated

4. Free Plan

The Free plan involves no payment. There is nothing to refund.

5. How to Submit a Request

Email support@talentsmint.com with subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • The email address on your account
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • Your Razorpay payment ID (from your billing history)
  • The reason for your request

We aim to respond within 5 business days. Our response will be our final decision.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your account and contest the dispute with evidence of service delivery.
