TalentsMint.com reserves the sole and absolute right to approve, deny, or partially grant any refund request. This applies to all subscription plans and any payments made on the platform. No refund request is automatically entitled to approval, regardless of the reason provided.
While we make no guarantees, we may consider requests in the following circumstances:

The Free plan involves no payment. There is nothing to refund.

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your account and contest the dispute with evidence of service delivery.
