Summary: Use TalentsMint legally and honestly. AI output is a guide, not a guarantee. Don't abuse the platform.

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of TalentsMint.com, operated by Zentoryx. By accessing the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TalentsMint.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide a valid email address.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Login codes are single-use and expire in 10 minutes.
  • Notify us of any unauthorised use at support@talentsmint.com.

4. Permitted Use

TalentsMint is for lawful personal and business use. You agree not to:

  • Create multiple free accounts to circumvent usage limits
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform
  • Use automated access without written permission
  • Resell or sublicense access to the service

5. AI-Generated Content

TalentsMint uses Claude AI (Anthropic) to generate content. You acknowledge that:

  • AI output may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • Content is a guide, not professional legal or HR advice
  • You are responsible for reviewing content before use in actual interviews

6. Payments and Plans

  • Free plan: 3 total generations at no cost.
  • Pro and Business plans billed monthly via Razorpay.
  • Fees charged at the start of each billing cycle.
  • Plan changes communicated with at least 14 days' notice.

7. Refunds

All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of TalentsMint.com. See our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The platform and technology are owned by Zentoryx. AI-generated output is provided under a non-exclusive licence for your personal or business use.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZENTORYX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms. You may close your account by contacting support@talentsmint.com.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
